Your tasks

At our customers you are responsible for the successful implementation of software packages from our company. You are the interface between the technical staff and our development team. The planning and execution of trainings at our customers are part of your responsibilities. As part of the team, you work independently and act as a contact person for our customers for technical questions on site. You enrich the development roadmap with your own ideas and profound expertise.

  • Several years of experience in the implementation of software products
  • Organization and coordination of trainings
  • Support of software releases
  • Agile working methods
  • Knowledge in process modeling
  • Ideally expertise in ERP processes
  • Experience with SQL databases
  • High sense of responsibility
  • Discretion in handling confidential data
  • Friendly demeanor
  • Confident command of written and spoken English
