Your tasks

You are responsible for the acceptance and independent processing of customer inquiries. In doing so, you are in professional exchange with the customer. You will also create documentation and train our customers in the use of our software products. In doing so, you will be in close consultation with our development teams. You forward customer requirements in a qualified manner and are involved in the acceptance processes of software products. You enrich the development roadmap with your own ideas and in-depth expertise.

What you bring with you

  • Experience in dealing with customers
  • Technical understanding
  • Ideally experience in the ERP area
  • Confident use of video conferencing systems such as WebEx and MS Teams
  • Knowledge with Office products
  • Knowledge of SQL databases is an advantage
  • High sense of responsibility
  • Discretion in handling confidential data
  • Friendly and confident demeanor
  • Confident command of written and spoken English
