You are responsible for accepting and independently processing customer inquiries. You will be in technical contact with the customer. You will also create documentation and train our customers in the use of our software products. You will be in close consultation with our development teams. You will forward customer requirements in a qualified manner and be involved in the acceptance processes for software products. You will enrich the development roadmap with your own ideas and in-depth specialist knowledge.
